J. Scott Liolios,
President
Scott is seasoned investment
advisor and corporate communications strategist. As founder and president of Liolios
Group, Scott has more than 15 years of experience in capital
formation, investment banking and investor relations.
His expert council is relied upon by
executives and directors of numerous emerging-growth,
publicly-traded companies, as well as some of the nation’s
leading investment banking firms.
Scott was previously co-founder and
managing director of Pacific Consulting Corporate Finance, and
vice president at both JDK Corporate Finance and Prudential
Securities. He also founded and managed the highly-successful
Newport Micro-fund, a private fund designed to make direct
investments in micro-cap public companies.
Ron Both, Managing
Director
Ron
Both is an expert in understanding the investment strategies
of individual and institutional investors. Since joining Liolios Group in 1999, Ron
has been a dynamic and highly-effective corporate spokesman,
able to champion investor relations campaigns with his
unparallel contacts in the micro-cap investment community and
financial press.
Ron's extensive experience in the
brokerage and banking industry spans three decades, including
positions of branch manager with HR Financial (Olde),
institutional broker with B.C Ziegler, trader at La Salle St.
Securities, and investment officer with M-I Bank.
Geoffrey C.
Plank, Managing Partner
Geoffrey is an accomplished entrepreneur
and corporate communicator, expert in financial writing,
finance and investment analysis, corporate messaging, and
crisis management. He has applied these abilities in investor
relations, business development, capital formation, and
high-tech retail in a multi-faceted career spanning more than
26 years.
Over the last 18 years, he has made his
mark on the financial community as the managing editor of the
popular investment newsletter, OTC Growth Stock Watch, which
was regularly quoted by CNBC, Barron's, and Dick Davis Digest.
He was also a founder of two highly successful financial
communications companies and a consultancy for socially
responsible startups, including VeteransAdvantage.com and the
Hothouse Project, Inc. He was previously founding
partner and manager of the highly-acclaimed San Francisco Bay
Area retail chain, ComputerWare , which was
twice highlighted in Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 Fastest
Growing Privately-Held Companies, once ranking 5th.
Matt Glover, Investor
Relations Coordinator
Matt is a proactive investor relations
professional, responsible for all phases of IR campaigns,
including corporate messaging, hosting conference calls, and
organizing extensive non-deal road shows for Liolios Group
clients. He
has provided financial analysis for private and public
companies, including formulating business plans and capital
formation. Matt is also a certified financial analyst ("CFA")
candidate.
Cody Slach, Investor Relations Coordinator
Cody is an investor relations
coordinator specializing in all aspects of the IR process,
including corporate messaging, finance and investment
analysis, and financial writing. Prior to joining Liolios
Group in 2008, Cody worked as an investment banker for Roth
Capital, executing a broad range of transactions in the
consumer arena. Before working at Roth, Cody served as an
equity analyst intern for B. Riley, covering primarily retail
and wholesale companies
.
Laressa Gallagher,
Administration/Production
Laressa, who leads our administrative stafff manages
all activities at Liolios Group, including assisting in
coordinating road shows, issuing press releases, and
production and disseminating informational
materials.
